Welcome to Qwen3-TTS.org! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Qwen3-TTS (also known as Qwen3 TTS) Text to Speech platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Qwen3-TTS.org provides access to the open-source Qwen3-TTS Text to Speech model developed by the Qwen team at Alibaba Cloud. Our platform offers AI-powered tools for voice design, voice cloning, and text-to-speech generation. The Qwen3 TTS model is released under Apache 2.0 License, supporting stable, expressive, and streaming speech generation with ultra-low latency (97ms) and multilingual support for 10+ languages and 9 Chinese dialects.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must use Qwen3-TTS in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
  • You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, or share using our platform, including text inputs and voice samples.
  • You must not use Qwen3-TTS to create, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, misleading, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • You must not upload content that contains personal information of others without their consent.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or exploit the Qwen3 TTS service or its underlying technology.
  • You must not use Qwen3-TTS to generate content that promotes hate, violence, discrimination, or misinformation.

3. Intellectual Property

  • The Qwen3-TTS model is open-source and released under Apache 2.0 License by the Qwen team at Alibaba Cloud. Qwen3-TTS.org is an independent platform providing access to this open-source model.
  • All intellectual property rights in the Qwen3-TTS.org platform, including its user interface, services, and proprietary enhancements, are owned by Qwen3-TTS.org or its licensors.
  • You retain ownership of your original input content (text inputs, voice samples). Generated audio files are licensed to you for personal or commercial use as permitted below.
  • You grant us a limited license to use your uploaded content solely for the purpose of generating speech audio and providing the service.

4. License & Usage

  • Qwen3-TTS.org grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform and generated audio files for lawful personal, educational, or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • Commercial use of generated audio may require additional licensing or fees depending on your subscription plan. Please contact us for details if you intend to use Qwen3 TTS for large-scale or enterprise projects.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Qwen3-TTS.org platform or its outputs except as expressly permitted.
  • You may not use generated audio in ways that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Attribution to Qwen3-TTS is appreciated but not required for most uses.

5. Content Guidelines

  • Do not upload or generate content that is unlawful, offensive, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates privacy rights.
  • Do not use Qwen3-TTS to create content that promotes hate, violence, discrimination, misinformation, or illegal activities.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any input text and voice samples, and for the use of generated audio in your projects.
  • Do not upload copyrighted material without proper authorization or fair use justification.
  • Respect the privacy and rights of individuals whose voices may be used for cloning purposes.

6. Service Availability & Changes

  • We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, or high demand.
  • Qwen3-TTS.org may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse of the service, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
  • Free users may experience queue delays during peak usage periods. Premium users receive priority processing.

7. Disclaimers

  • Qwen3-TTS.org is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfect Text to Speech generation results.
  • Generated audio may not always meet your expectations, and the AI may produce unexpected or unintended content.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or claims arising from your use of the platform or generated content.
  • Qwen3 TTS is an AI tool and may generate content that requires review and editing before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qwen3-TTS.org and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using Qwen3-TTS in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any content generated by the AI that may be inappropriate, inaccurate, or violate third-party rights.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qwen3-TTS.org and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of any rights, or misuse of generated content.

10. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Subscription plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
  • Credits and features are provided according to your subscription tier. Unused credits may expire based on your plan terms.

11. Modifications to Terms
